Everything arrives at privacy@klidoo.ai: invoice questions, requests for a copy or deletion of your data, and anything in the app that is not working. A person answers, which is why it sometimes takes until the next day.

We do not publish a phone number. Support is written, so that both sides can read back what was said.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

The service is meant for businesses. If a consumer buys it anyway, and a dispute cannot be settled with us directly, they may take it to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, adr.coi.cz. The procedure is free and is started by the consumer.
