What you get
Once a day we read your Meta advertising account, and if something is worth changing we show you at most a few proposals. Each one names what it would change and why. Nothing reaches your account until you approve it, one proposal at a time.
Who may use it
The service is for businesses, not consumers. By connecting an ad account you confirm that you are at least 18 and that you are entitled to manage that account and to grant us access to it.
Your money and your account
Your advertising budget is paid to Meta by you, never by us, and we never hold it. When you approve a proposal we make exactly the change it described. The spending that follows is yours, and so is the responsibility for keeping your advertising within Meta's own rules.
No promise of results
Advertising outcomes depend on your offer, your market and Meta's auction. We propose changes we believe are sensible from the figures we can see; we do not and cannot guarantee more sales, cheaper results, or any particular outcome. A proposal is advice, and approving it is your decision.
Fair use
Do not use the service for anything unlawful, do not try to reach data belonging to another account, and do not attempt to break, overload or reverse engineer it.
Availability
We aim for the morning briefing to be there every morning, but the service is provided as it is, without a warranty or an uptime guarantee. Meta's API can be slow, rate-limited or unavailable, and when it is, a day can be missed.
Limits of our liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, lost revenue or wasted ad spend. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the fees you paid us for the three months before the event — which, while the service is free, means it is limited to zero. Nothing here limits liability for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
Price
During the pilot the service is free. If that changes we will tell you by email first, and you will not be charged for anything without agreeing to it.
Ending it
You can stop whenever you like: remove our access in Facebook under Settings → Business integrations, and ask us to delete your data as described in the privacy policy. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why. We may also stop offering the service, with reasonable notice by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Czech law, and the courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction. Questions: [TODO: hello@example.com].
